Orders
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund in full.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and do not include import duties or local taxes. Depending on where you live, your customs authority may charge import VAT or duty on delivery. See our Shipping Policy.
Prices can change without notice, but never after you have placed an order. Payment is taken at checkout.
Promotions
Promotions such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free apply automatically at checkout while they are active, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be changed or ended at any time without affecting orders already placed.
Products
We do our best to show colours, finishes and dial details accurately, but screens vary and slight differences are normal. Product images are illustrative.
Water resistance
Water resistance ratings describe resistance under laboratory test conditions and are not a depth rating. Avoid diving, saunas, hot water and high-pressure water, make sure the crown is properly secured before any exposure to water, and never operate the crown while the watch is wet.
Warranty
Every watch carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in normal use. It does not cover accidental damage. This is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights. See our Refund Policy for what is covered.
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. See our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without written consent.
Liability
Nothing here excludes our liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, you keep the protection of those rules and nothing here removes them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
