Refund Policy
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the watch is unused, unworn and returned in its original condition with all packaging and accessories.
Items showing signs of wear, damage or improper use — including scratches on the case or crystal — may not be eligible for a refund.
How to start a return
Email contact@dimonacowatches.com with your order number and the reason. We reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us — unannounced parcels get lost.
Who pays return shipping
If you are returning a watch because you changed your mind, the cost of sending it back is yours. We recommend a tracked and insured service: until the parcel reaches us, it is your responsibility.
If the watch is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping in full. Email us first and we arrange it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to show it.
Original shipping charges are not refunded on change-of-mind returns. They are refunded in full when the return is due to a fault on our side.
Exchanges
Want a different model or colourway? Say so in the same email. We can process an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock.
Buy 1 Get 1 Free orders
If you return one watch from a Buy 1 Get 1 Free order, the free watch must be returned with it, or its value is deducted from your refund.
Lifetime warranty
Every Di Monaco watch carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in normal use, covering the movement, case and crown, for as long as you own it. If something fails, email us with your order number and a photo or short video and we repair or replace it.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage (drops, impacts, cracked crystal), water exposure beyond the stated water resistance, loss, theft, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear of the strap.
European Union — 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are shopping from the European Union or the United Kingdom you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Our 30-day window is longer and applies in addition to this right.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been processed for dispatch. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
